他5岁时因为一场意外而失去了右手臂。
意外 yì wài = accident
手臂 shǒu bì = arm
今年5月30日,他去看一场篮球赛。
比赛休息时间,有球员邀请他上球场打球。
独臂的张家城熟练地完成很多高难度的动作,让人惊叹。
篮球 lán qiú = basketball
独臂 dú bì = one-armed
熟练 shú liàn = skillful / experienced
动作 dòng zuò = movement / action
惊叹 jīng tàn = to marvel
这段43秒的视频被现场观众传上网,浏览量超过千万。

连NBA球星库里 (Stephen Curry) 看了也惊叹不已:
“这个孩子是谁?请帮我找到他!”
“继续努力吧,别让任何人对你说不行。”
“独臂篮球少年”在网上走红,但随之而来的媒体关注却打破了他平静的生活。
随之而来 suí zhī ér lái = the accompanying

许多记者来到他家,不停地要求他接受采访。
他下课后练球时也吸引不少人围观。

有人直接站在篮板下,近距离拍摄他和朋友打篮球的样子。
有人甚至用无人机从空中跟拍。

这突如其来的压力让张家城一度崩溃,他哭了。

他希望生活能回归平静,没有媒体采访,没有人跟拍。
他更希望被大家称作“篮球少年”,“不喜欢‘独臂’那两个字”。
“我只想证明我跟别人没有不一样,我会努力地练篮球,生活中的事情都会努力去做好。”
