端头村 duān tóu cūn = name of village
实施 shí shī = to implement
垃圾分类 lā jī fēn lèi = trash sorting / recycling
革命 gé mìng = revolution
投放 tóu fàng = to put / throw in
对应 duì yìng = corresponding
播出 bō chū = to broadcast / play a sound
喊话 hǎn huà = to shout
制止 zhì zhǐ = to prevent
成就 chéng jiù = to attain / achieve a result

Thank you for the newsletter! There was nothing else quite like it. (There is a certain paid product out there that does news in Chinese for learners, but it's all the vacuous China is a Quirky Happy Place kind of news.)
Ahhh, it’s saddening to hear that this newsletter will soon stop, but I’m glad to see the issues go this far! Thanks for all your time energy spent on this to help us Chinese newbies. My favourite issue will still be that article you wrote on the Chinese spin-off of that Japanese cooking show, somehow reading about it invokes lots of nostalgia :’)
